Flor de Sal d\u2019Es Trenc Lim\u00f3n & Lavanda<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es una combinaci\u00f3n refrescante y sabrosa de Flor de Sal d\u2019Es Trenc con corteza de limones que provienen de fincas frut\u00edcolas de Mallorca, tomillo Limonero y un toque de flores de Lavanda. Estos perfumados ingredientes en esta combinaci\u00f3n son muy preciados por los amantes de la cocina de fusi\u00f3n. Esta variedad combina muy bien con platos de carne de cordero, cerdo, pollo, caza y es perfecta para dar un toque a algunos postres y chocolates.<\/p>\n

Flor de Sal d\u2019Es Trenc Orange & Chili<\/strong><\/p>\n

El aroma afrutado de las naranjas mallorquinas y el impetuoso sabor picante del Chilli son ideales para platos con carne de ave o pescado marinado. Esta variedad combina tambi\u00e9n a la perfecci\u00f3n con esp\u00e1rragos o ensalada de aguacate.<\/p>\n

Flor de Sal d\u2019Es Trenc Remolacha<\/strong><\/p>\n

La edici\u00f3n limitada de remolacha se elabora con la ra\u00edz grande y carnosa que crece en la planta del mismo nombre y que se consume como hortaliza. Tres caracter\u00edsticas muy singulares de la remolacha, el sabor dulce de su pulpa, aroma a tierra intenso, y su color que aporta a las recetas tonos rojizos purp\u00fareos, ,dan un toque original a entrecote, salm\u00f3n marinado, pescados ahumados y quesos frescos.<\/p>\n

Flor de Sal d\u2019Es Trenc Tomate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Una combinaci\u00f3n con ingredientes mallorquines tradicionales; Tomate de Ramallet e Hinojo Marino. Estos caracter\u00edsticos tomates de especial cultivo, contienen menos agua que otras variedades y se recogen de la planta antes de su total maduraci\u00f3n. Tradicionalmente se hilan entre si con un cordel formando ramilletes y se cuelgan en un lugar seco, ventilado y con poca luz donde acabaran de madurar. El Hinojo Marino (Rithmum Maritimum) es otro de los ingredientes mallorquines m\u00e1s tradicionales. Esta delicada planta que habitualmente crece al borde del mar, es una especie protegida en Baleares desde 2005, por tanto muy escasa y preciada. Sus hojas carnosas se encurten con sal y vinagre para otorgarles un especial sabor y mayor tiempo de conservaci\u00f3n. Flor de Sal d\u2019Es Trenc Tomate resulta un sabor muy sugerente y aut\u00f3ctono que combina con cualquier plato.
