En un entorno privilegiado, de la Val d\u2019Aran, rodeado de los picos m\u00e1s altos, Caviar Nacarii<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>produce su caviar, asegurando la preservaci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de los esturiones que crecen de forma natural en el agua pura del r\u00edo Garona. Cada una de sus latas contiene un producto \u00fanico de excelente calidad, rico en matices, capaz de proporcionar una amplia gama de sensaciones al paladar.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

\"Caviar<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Caviar Nacarii representa la \u00fanica firma de caviar hecho en Catalu\u00f1a,<\/strong> hace m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os que exporta este manjar al extranjero y ha sido reconocido dos veces por el Superior Taste Award.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, tienen dos espacios donde puede adquirirse el caviar y hacer degustaciones, uno situado en Vielha (Paseo de la Libertad 13)\u00a0<\/strong> y otro en Barcelona (Bori i Fontest\u00e0 4).<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n se organizan visitas guiadas al centro de producci\u00f3n en Les (Val d’Aran) para poder conocer en primera persona todos los secretos del caviar y la carne de esturi\u00f3n. <\/span>Los visitantes viajar\u00e1n al mundo de este preciado manjar durante 60 minutos a trav\u00e9s de un monogr\u00e1fico en el que descubrir\u00e1n su historia, or\u00edgenes, todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del esturi\u00f3n en estado salvaje y en cautividad, as\u00ed como el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n del caviar.<\/div>\n
\"Caviar<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La firma tiene tres variedades de caviar,<\/strong> el de huevo peque\u00f1o, el de huevo medio y el de huevo grande. \u00abNo se conoce un motivo concreto por el que un pez hace unos huevos grandes o
\npeque\u00f1os, es aleatorio, va como va\u00bb, afirma Laia Cisquella, responsable del espacio de Barcelona. Por \u00faltimo, el llamado oro negro en lata y ya est\u00e1 listo para ser degustado \u00abA las degustaciones del espacio Nacarii, si los ciertes pider una lata peque\u00f1a, recomendamos comerlo solo, con una cucharilla de n\u00e1car y acompa\u00f1ado de una copa de cava o de vino blanco o de un chupitos de vodka Beluga\u00bb, explica la responsable de la tienda de Barcelona.<\/p>\n

\"Caviar<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n es importante tener en cuerta, cuenta, que nunca se puede romper la cadena de fr\u00edo del caviar: \u00abHay que mantener entre tres y menos tres grados.<\/strong> Aunque la m\u00ednima parezca muy baja, los aceites del caviar previenen que se congela esta temperatura. Ura vez fuera, se puede dejar cinco o diez minutos para que se temple, pero no m\u00e1s \u00ab. De hecho, en los espacios Nacarii se colocan la lata encima de unas caviares de vidrio hechas en la Bisbal que pueden estar en el congelador para que contienen un l\u00edquido anticongelante. En estas degustaciones tambi\u00e9n se puede probar el esturi\u00f3n ahumado,<\/strong> que se comercializa bajo la misma marca.
