Vermut Zarro<\/strong> ofrece una sabrosa receta elaborada con el vermut m\u00e1s castizo. Atr\u00e9vete a dar un plus de sabor a tu plato con Vermut Zarro Reserva. <\/strong>Seguro que te sorprende y conseguir\u00e1s que tus comensales quieran repetir, si es que queda algo para entonces.<\/p>\n

RECETA PARA 2 PERSONAS <\/strong><\/h6>\n
ELABORACI\u00d3N: <\/strong>40 minutos<\/h6>\n
INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>1 Solomillo de Cerdo (400 grs. Aprox.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Jugo de carne \u00bd litro<\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Romero fresco (3 ramas)<\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Sal<\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Pimienta<\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Hojas de gelatina (7 hojas)<\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Vermut Zarro Reserva (\u00bd litro)<\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Vermut Zarro Blanco (200 ml)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Una vez preparados todos los ingredientes, se recomienda servir una copa de Vermut Zarro Reserva<\/strong>. Aprovecharemos que tenemos la botella abierta para apreciar los sabores y aromas del ingrediente principal de la receta. De este modo, cocinar se convertir\u00e1 en un verdadero arte y disfrute.<\/p>\n

Para elaborar la gelatina:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Hidratar las hojas de gelatina en agua fr\u00eda durante 2 minutos.<\/p>\n

Mezclar los vermuts y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n la mezcla. Inmediatamente despu\u00e9s incorporar las gelatinas y extender en un molde plano y dejar enfriar. Una vez enfriada cortar en l\u00e1minas al tama\u00f1o deseado.<\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Salpimentar y dorar el solomillo en olla o cazuela con una cucharada de aceite y terminar la cocci\u00f3n con un chorro de Vermut<\/strong> Zarro Reserva. <\/strong>Posteriormenteretirar ylaminar la carne.<\/p>\n

Para aprovechar y mejorar el jugo obtenido en la preparaci\u00f3n, rehogar en el mismo recipiente cualquier tipo de verdura (tomate, cebolla, puerro\u2026) junto al romero. Despu\u00e9s incorporar el jugo de carne y dejar reducir al gusto. Colar y reservar.<\/p>\n

Para montar el plato, intercalamos l\u00e1minas de solomillo con las l\u00e1minas de gelatina de vermut y terminamos salseando las milhojas con el jugo obtenido.<\/p>\n
