Caviar Nacarii<\/strong>, producido en el Valle de Ar\u00e1n, cuida y preserva la conservaci\u00f3n del esturi\u00f3n mediante su cr\u00eda en cautividad. Gracias a sus atenciones y a un proceso de producci\u00f3n y envasado totalmente artesanal, se mantiene viva la magia de los primeros maestros del caviar.<\/p>\n

Para disfrutar al m\u00e1ximo de una degustaci\u00f3n de caviar, conviene seguir unas pautas sencillas, pero importantes, con el fin de sentir el m\u00e1ximo sabor y no alterar la esencia natural del producto.<\/p>\n

Una de las cosas a tener en cuenta es la fecha de elaboraci\u00f3n y envasado<\/strong> para determinar su punto de maduraci\u00f3n, ya que, a mayor maduraci\u00f3n, mayor intensidad de sabor.<\/p>\n

Para mantener el caviar en perfectas condiciones debe transportarse y conservarse en fr\u00edo entre -3\u00baC y +3\u00baC. Para consumirlo en condiciones \u00f3ptimas, debe estar entre 10\u00baC y 12 \u00baC. y servirse sobre una base muy fr\u00eda,<\/strong> y en un recipiente y con unos cubiertos que no sea met\u00e1licos para evitar que absorba sabores extra\u00f1os. Los recipientes m\u00e1s habituales son de porcelana o cer\u00e1mica y, las cucharas, de n\u00e1car, hueso o asta de animal.<\/p>\n

\"Caviar-Nacarii-Cuchara-Luxury-Spain\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Es aconsejable degustar el caviar con acompa\u00f1amientos sencillos<\/strong> que despierten su aroma y le den protagonismo. Debemos tener en cuenta que el caviar fresco tiene un sabor suave, delicado y ligero, por lo que ser\u00e1 un refrescante aperitivo y aportar\u00e1 originalidad a nuestros platos. En cambio, el caviar maduro, al ganar intensidad en sabor, es perfecto para servirlo con blinis o sobre una base de patata cocida, pero tambi\u00e9n para adornar los platos, d\u00e1ndole un toque de exclusividad. No utilizar pan tostado ni mantequilla, ya que disfrazan tanto la textura como el sabor del caviar.<\/p>\n

Es importante, previo a la degustaci\u00f3n, enjuagar el paladar<\/strong> con ayuda de un alcohol seco. Luego puede acompa\u00f1arse de vodka blanco, vino blanco seco, cava brut nature, champ\u00e1n o, para los m\u00e1s atrevidos, gin tonic e incluso sake, la bebida japonesa por excelencia.<\/p>\n

Un buen caviar permite comprobar la textura \u00fanica de cada hueva<\/strong>, que no debe ser pastosa. Para apreciar todas sus cualidades, hay que presionar ligeramente las huevas entre el paladar y la lengua para fundirlas. La intensidad del sabor crecer\u00e1 poco a poco debido al largo recorrido sensorial del caviar.<\/p>\n

Caviar Nacarii <\/a>comercializa caviar fresco, nunca pasteurizado. El caviar fresco es conocido como caviar vivo porque evoluciona con el tiempo, ofreciendo diferentes sensaciones seg\u00fan el punto de maduraci\u00f3n en el que se consuma. El caviar ideal es el que se puede hacer mover en la boca con la lengua sin que pierda la compostura, pero que a la m\u00e1s leve presi\u00f3n se funde en el paladar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
