La empresa mantiene un fuerte compromiso con la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y por ello elaboran sus productos sin al\u00e9rgenos y con todos los nutrientes naturales necesarios para mantener una dieta sana y equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p>Su reto es elaborar el jam\u00f3n cocido m\u00e1s sano del mundo, utilizando un proceso que resalta los sabores propios de la materia prima.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su nacimiento hasta hoy, la historia de <strong>Erre de Vic 1952<\/strong> est\u00e1 ligada a la gastronom\u00eda saludable.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luxuryspain.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/la-nostra-histria_8630260411_o-e1501087465239.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15131\" src=\"http:\/\/www.luxuryspain.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/la-nostra-histria_8630260411_o-e1501087465239.jpg\" alt=\"ere-de-vic-la-nostra-historia-Luxury-Spain\" width=\"600\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Josep Vilac\u00eds<\/strong>, veterinario especializado en zoot\u00e9cnia y nutrici\u00f3n animal, era un apasionado de la alimentaci\u00f3n sana. Esa pasi\u00f3n le llev\u00f3 a ser miembro fundador de la Associaci\u00f3 Catalana de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Alimentaci\u00f3 (ACCA) y a realizar conferencias de salud y nutrici\u00f3n con la voluntad de transmitir su conocimiento en alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Todo ello le llev\u00f3 a iniciar el proyecto de producir buen jam\u00f3n cocido que, hoy en d\u00eda, contin\u00faan sus hijos, manteniendo y aplicando los mismos valores de honestidad, saber hacer y pureza en sus productos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, todos los productos de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.erredevic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erre de Vic 1952<\/a> son de alta gastronom\u00eda. Su cuidada elaboraci\u00f3n, el reposo y la maceraci\u00f3n de cada pieza, resaltan los sabores aut\u00e9nticos y recuperan texturas que solo la carne excelente puede ofrecer.
