Una tradici\u00f3n que pasa de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n, una calidad conseguida paso a paso y una innovaci\u00f3n que no transgrede, sino que revaloriza la tradici\u00f3n. Estos son los ejes centrales de Can Company<\/strong> y de su maestro charcutero e imagen de marca, Xesc Reina<\/strong>.\u00a0 Todo esto se refleja en la creaci\u00f3n de sus productos, de toda la vida, y al mismo tiempo, una nueva forma a la hora de crear y consumir embutido, como por ejemplo: La sobrasada con queso.<\/p>\n

Can Company<\/a> es una marca de referencia, pero no olvida sus or\u00edgenes. Se trata de una empresa que naci\u00f3 hace ya m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os en la isla de Mallorca. Creada por maestros del campo que aprendieron el oficio de la tierra de forma tradicional, a trav\u00e9s de padres a hijos.<\/p>\n

Estos agricultores pose\u00edan algunas hect\u00e1reas de campo en las que cultivaban cereales y legumbres que vend\u00edan puerta a puerta por los pueblos de Mallorca. Con el tiempo, el negocio creci\u00f3 gracias a su esfuerzo y al trabajo bien hecho, incrementando a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o la explotaci\u00f3n de cereales. Debido a ello Can Company<\/strong> ha remado hacia el futuro presente, sin olvidar nunca sus tradiciones e innovando d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Hace no tanto, en 1992, la empresa dio otro gran salto y comenz\u00f3 a gestionar la f\u00e1brica de harinas de Maria de la Salut. Desde entonces, incorpor\u00f3 a sus servicios la producci\u00f3n de piensos y productos derivados de los cereales. A d\u00eda de hoy mueve unas 12.000 toneladas al a\u00f1o que sirven para la alimentaci\u00f3n de los animales, entre ellos el porc negre<\/em> mallorqu\u00edn, una raza aut\u00f3ctona de las islas que tiene una dieta 100% de Can Company.<\/p>\n

El porc negre<\/em> es fundamental para Can Company<\/strong>. Un cerdo de tama\u00f1o mediano que tiene como principal caracter\u00edstica un dep\u00f3sito de grasa en la parte del cuello llamado \u201cmamelles\u201d. Con este animal se elabora la sobrasada de Can Company, una sobrasada artesana y tradicional, como la que elaboraban las familias de anta\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Y es por eso que generaci\u00f3n tras generaci\u00f3n, Can Company<\/strong>\u00a0 ha luchado por hacerse un hueco en el exigente mundo de los embutidos de calidad y conseguir \u201cel mejor sabor del embutido mallorqu\u00edn\u201d cuidando al detalle todo el proceso de producci\u00f3n, desde la alimentaci\u00f3n de los animales hasta el punto de venta final.<\/p>\n

Con este ejercicio creativo se llega al concepto de la Charcuisine<\/em>, que busca guiar la mirada del consumidor, creando un motivo innovador para centrarse en el sabor de los embutidos, pero tambi\u00e9n en su calidad y elaboraci\u00f3n tradicional. Gracias a la\u00a0charcuisine<\/em>, el concepto de charcuter\u00eda ha cambiado por completo. Si bien los embutidos nacieron con vocaci\u00f3n de despensa y un modo de conservar en el tiempo toda la carne producida en las matanzas, Can Company considera que este uso ha quedado obsoleto y ha llegado uno nuevo: el disfrute del comensal.<\/p>\n
