La relaci\u00f3n entre la gastronom\u00eda y el turr\u00f3n no es nueva pero se consolida a pasos agigantados. Recientemente Alicante, de donde proceden los turrones y dulces Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>, se ha convertido en la capital de la gastronom\u00eda tradicional y de vanguardia con la celebraci\u00f3n del certamen Alicante Gastron\u00f3mica<\/strong>, el II encuentro de estilo de vida mediterr\u00e1neo, con un \u00e9xito total de asistentes.<\/p>\n

Cocineros de la talla de Susi D\u00edaz, Jordi Cruz, Kiko Moya o Quique Dacosta<\/strong>, reyes de sus restaurantes con Estrella Michel\u00edn, han dejado huella en esta edici\u00f3n en la que tambi\u00e9n ha quedado claro el \u00e9xito de la fusi\u00f3n del turr\u00f3n con IGP Jijona con los ingredientes gourmet m\u00e1s variopintos.<\/p>\n

Turr\u00f3n con pato, con pasta, en estofados, arroces\u2026 los diferentes showcookings que tuvieron lugar durante la celebraci\u00f3n de la feria dejaron patente que \u201clo que parec\u00eda una moda pasajera se consolida como una alianza de sabor, texturas y nutrientes perfecta\u201d.<\/p>\n

Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong><\/a> ya comprob\u00f3 en la edici\u00f3n del a\u00f1o pasado, y de primera mano, el gran inter\u00e9s que genera la fusi\u00f3n del turr\u00f3n en la cocina de autor. Desde entonces, decenas de restaurantes y profesionales les demandan cada d\u00eda el suministro de m\u00e1s turr\u00f3n l\u00edquido para cocinar las recetas m\u00e1s selectas.<\/p>\n

Son muchos los cocineros que se han sumando a las ventajas de inspirarse en el turr\u00f3n, como Sergio Fern\u00e1ndez,<\/strong> uno de los cocineros estrella del Canal Cocina, o el mism\u00edsimo Kiko Moya<\/strong>, chef del restaurante con Estrella Michel\u00edn L\u2019Escaleta, y galardonado con el Boixet d\u2019Or que otorga el Consejo Regulador de la IGP jijona y Turr\u00f3n de Alicante por incorporar de manera magistral el turr\u00f3n a la gastronom\u00eda gourmet m\u00e1s vanguardista.<\/p>\n

De la misma manera, Pablo Garrig\u00f3s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n ha detectado que muchos clientes j\u00f3venes apuestan por incorporar el consumo de diferentes tipos de turrones en\u00a0 sus creaciones culinarias, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la \u00e9poca navide\u00f1a. \u201cHan cambiado de lugar el turr\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>. Para ellos ya no es un postre t\u00edpico de las fiestas de fin de a\u00f1o, es un ingrediente m\u00e1s en su despensa que aporta sabor y multitud de propiedades saludables a los platos que cocinan.<\/p>\n
