\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde naci\u00f3 la idea de crear Celebona?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Celebona nace de la idea de dar valor a los productos que nos da la tierra, en este caso, todo empez\u00f3 en una finca de peras conferencia a orillas del r\u00edo Iregua, en La Rioja.<\/p>\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 decidi\u00f3 ponerle este nombre a la empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Celebona es una cesta llena de recuerdos, el nombre nace de la fusi\u00f3n de Celedonio y Bona, mis abuelos paternos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 le hace ser una empresa de lujo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Una importante selecci\u00f3n de las materias primas en el campo y una elaboraci\u00f3n con mucho esmero, estricto control y puesto en manos de grandes profesionales en cada una de las materias.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l considera usted que es el producto estrella?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No tenemos uno, la cesta en su conjunto. Si tuvi\u00e9ramos que destacar uno, a d\u00eda de hoy destacar\u00eda la novedad, nuestro espumoso de pera \u201cEl trasmoche\u201d que acaba de ver la luz y es un proyecto en el que tenemos mucha ilusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u00bfConsidera que al ser una empresa familiar le da valor a\u00f1adido a la marca?<\/strong><\/p>\n

S\u00ed, por supuesto. Es muy importante el valor del grupo familiar en los proyectos de estas caracter\u00edsticas que empiezan desde cero, en el campo tal y como est\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n a d\u00eda de hoy. Doy un valor especial a la fuerte inquietud que tienen mis hijos tanto por el campo como por la gastronom\u00eda, fueron ellos qui\u00e9nes me empujaron a iniciar este proyecto.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCree que este sector experimentar\u00e1 cambios significativos en los pr\u00f3ximos <\/strong>a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eso esperamos, por supuesto, hay que darle valor e importancia al campo y a lo que llevamos a nuestras mesas. Con Celebona tambi\u00e9n apoyamos a toda esa gente que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s, que vive por y para el campo. La gente debe tomar conciencia de la importancia que tiene el campo para toda la sociedad y devolverle el valor que realmente merece.<\/p>\n

Rodearme de familia y amigos. Unir dos de mis pasiones, la bicicleta y el campo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo? saliendo a pedalear entre perales, olivos, vi\u00f1as, huertas etc. Y disfrutar de buena gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n
